What is Cancer Insurance Policy?

In our lifetimes, many of us will be affected by a cancer diagnosis. After a cancer diagnosis, Cancer Insurance Policy can help you get back to living the life you were meant to. Like many other supplemental insurance insurances, these policy will pay you a lump sum amount of benefit base on the policy.

How can I spend the money?

How you use the cash benefits is up to you. If you are diagnosed with a covered cancer, we pay directly to you, or your designee, to use any way you like. Use the lump sum benefit to help cover:

* Deductibles/coinsurance
* Prescription drugs
* Rehabilitation
* Extended hospital stays
* Experimental therapy

Everyday expenses such as monthly bills including rent or mortgage, groceries, childcare, housekeeper, dog walker – whatever you need to cover while focusing on getting well

Eligibility for Cancer Insurance

To be eligible for cancer insurance, you usually cannot have a pre-existing condition that predisposes you to cancer. For example, you cannot have been diagnosed with uterine cancer and then apply for a policy. In most cases, people who have previously been diagnosed and treated for cancer are also ineligible. Other groups, such as those with HIV, are typically excluded as the disease is associated with an increased risk of many types of cancer.
